[Knockout.js] Watch out when using "IF" statement

Knockout.js create html dynamically. So if "IF" statement condition is not met, there is no html(dom) element.
It is different from "CSS { display:none }"( = jQuery.hide()). "
"CSS {display:none}" is just hide existing elements without spacing.
